ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Ulaanbaatar (Transit)

Upon arrival in Ulaanbaatar, if there is sufficient time, we can do a city tour and you will be transferred to your hotel to rest.

Day 2: Domestic Flight to North Mongolia and visit the Ancient Deer Stones

You'll take a morning flight to Murun, the gateway to Khövsgöl province. Your local team will meet you and guide you to the Uushigiin Uver complex, where you will spend the afternoon photographing the mysterious, 3,000-year-old Deer Stones as the sun sets over the ancient landscape.

Day 3: Journey to Lake Khövsgöl

Today involves a scenic drive north through the vast steppe and into the Siberian taiga, arriving at the shores of the magnificent Lake Khövsgöl. The remainder of the day is dedicated to your first photographic exploration of this pristine "Blue Pearl," capturing its grand scale and the mountain vistas that frame it.

Day 4: Lake Khövsgöl Photography

This full day is devoted to landscape photography at Lake Khövsgöl. From a sunrise shoot over the water to exploring various unique vantage points along the shore, you will have ample time to capture the lake's majestic and diverse beauty in the changing light.

Day 5: Nomadic Family Photography

Experience an intimate cultural immersion as you spend the day with a local nomadic family. Through respectful documentary and portrait photography, you will capture the authentic moments of their daily life, their deep connection to their animals, and the timeless traditions of the Mongolian steppe.

Day 6: Mongolian Horses Photography

The focus of today is capturing the iconic spirit of the Mongolian horse. You will spend the day with a local herd in their natural environment, creating powerful images of these resilient animals galloping across the plains and interacting against the stunning backdrop of the Mongolian landscape.

Day 7: Nature Photography

Explore the subtle beauty of the taiga forest and its surrounding valleys. This day is for more contemplative nature photography, focusing on the intimate details of the wilderness, from the textures of the forest to the patterns of light and shadow on the landscape.

Day 8: Return to Ulaanbaatar

After a final morning in the countryside, you will travel back to Murun for your return flight to Ulaanbaatar. Upon arrival in the capital, we can visit the local department store to shop for souvenir or visit a cashmere factor. you will be transferred to your hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 9: Departure

Enjoy a final breakfast in Mongolia before being transferred to the airport for your international flight home.
