ITINERARY
Day 1: Saigon Arrival & City Tour (D)
Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN), you will be welcomed by your private guide and transferred to your hotel. Later, begin your half-day tour of Saigon, starting with the historic Independence Palace, where Vietnam's reunification was declared. Next, visit the city's colonial landmarks, including the striking Notre-Dame Cathedral and the architectural masterpiece, the Saigon Central Post Office. End your day with free time to explore the vibrant Ben Thanh Market before dinner.
Day 2: Mekong Delta Explorer – My Tho (B)
After an early breakfast, depart from the bustling city on a 2-hour drive to My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Board a motorized boat for a scenic ride on the Mekong River, observing local life on the riverbanks. You will visit Thoi Son Island (Unicorn Island) to experience the local culture. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Vinh Trang Pagoda, a beautiful temple blending Vietnamese, Khmer, and European architecture, before returning to Saigon.
Day 3: Saigon to Phan Thiet & Mui Ne (B, L, D)
Following breakfast at your hotel, embark on the overland journey to the coastal region of Phan Thiet. After lunch, you'll explore several key historical sites, starting with the Duc Thanh School, where President Ho Chi Minh once taught. Continue to the Van Thuy Tu Temple, which houses the largest whale skeleton in Vietnam, and the ancient Po Sah Inu Tower, a relic of the Cham Kingdom. In the afternoon, transfer to nearby Mui Ne and visit the striking Red Sand Dunes for photos before checking into your hotel for dinner.
Day 4: Mui Ne Dunes & Return to Saigon (B, L, D)
